I recently stayed at this fabulous hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location here is absolutely perfect, just off a main street and directly on the beach. I loved being able to easily explore the surrounding area and have the beach right at my fingertips. The service provided by the staff was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Mehmet, who went out of his way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The room amenities were also top-notch, with air conditioning, an in-room safe, and a television. It truly felt like a home away from home. The dining options at the restaurant were fantastic, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax and unwind. The staff at the reception desk were always friendly and helpful, making my stay here even more enjoyable.

I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. From the prime location to the excellent service and amenities, this hotel truly offers a level of comfort and quality that is hard to find elsewhere.

Fantastic hotel with helpful,polite and attentive staff. Food was very good and location is perfect. Swimming pool is good and drinks and bar staff are helpful. Rooms were clean and had everything u needed. Would recommended this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in marmaris and I will be returning. Thank you Dora beach for great stay.

The Dora Beach Hotel looks amazing on the photos, and its fair to say that they are accurate, I have stayed in many appartments and hotels in Marmaris since 1998 ( on 35 plus occasions ) and this is far superior to any others. The hotel is situated right on the beach and there are plenty of bean bags, seats, hammocks beds etc in the gardens. Although we were told that the hotel was 'fully booked' ( which is why we were refused extra pillows ) id say it was 50% full ( 8th June ) and we had no problem in finding a sunbed or bean bag, it was by no means crowded. The night porter who greeted us on arrival, Mehmet I think, could not have been more helpful but thats where it ended. Please read on to get a full picture of our exprerience of the Dora 'All Excluded' Hotel.

'All that Glitters certains Was not Gold' ! as another reveiw quoted, I only wish i had read before booking, please read on before you do. The Dora Hotel is amazing to look at, but its like openeing a huge Christmas Presant, expensively wrapped, to find nothing worth having inside. Where shall i start, The Service ... was NOT typically Turkish. We were all inclusive and as we had already paid our money, NOBODY asked all week 'Would you like a Drink' ... we had to constantly Ask to be served, and even then we had to ask again, and go get them ourselves, we sat 20 minutes one evening without a drink, after asking 3 different waiters to be served at our table. I was disgusted with the attitude of the staff. They ignored you as they walked past you. My friend drinks Brandy and Coke and it took an arguement every time she asked for one, as they said we had to pay for Brandy, but it was local brandy and it was clearly shown on the all inclusive menue's. They even once brought us a Shandy and a Coke !! The staff are all temporary students and have had little or no training in bar/hotel work. The bar owners of Marmaris were actually appauled at my comments, but said my own fault for going all inclusive, be warned ! I dont blame the staff, I blame the management. The staff informed me that guests constantly complain but when they tell management they are ignored too. Every time we asked for food or a drink we were constantly asked for our room number .... they are watching everything you consume. The waiter actually brought us the wrong drinks on one occasion, and shrugged his shoulders ' i make the mistake' and left us with them. The Food .... was atrotious, the same thing every day and the only things on the buffet were salad and pasta dishes everything else had to be chosen from a printed menu which didnt vary, and served on the smallest of plates. In the end we were ordering 2 and 3 different dishes each, treat it like taps but dont expect any frills.

Food was not varied and not tasty and so bad. Restaurant stuff was not helpful and need more training. Lipstick marks and coffee spots is a normal thing to find on the cups and mugs of the restaurant.

the location was perfect, as it was right across from the shops and only a short distance from the marina and old town. the room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. the staff provided excellent service, always willing to help with any requests. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel also had great facilities, such as a beach area with free sunbeds and a bar serving amazing cocktails.

The hotel lacked a lively nightlife scene.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Marmaris. The location of the hotel, directly on the beach, was perfect for enjoying the sun and the sea. The hotel's beautiful gardens had a variety of seating options, including bean bags and hammocks, where I could relax and enjoy the scenery. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located opposite the shops, making it easy to explore and find anything I needed. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. The night porter, Mehmet, was especially helpful upon our arrival.

Can't fault anything about it.

The hotel offered a beautiful and quiet atmosphere, perfect for a romantic escape. The beach was just a few steps away from our room, and the water was crystal clear. The hotel's location also offered easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.

Our room was a bit outdated and could use some renovation. The food selection at the hotel's restaurant was not very diverse and did not offer enough vegetarian options.

Hotel was conveniently located near the airport and the beach. the room was well-furnished, and the staff was friendly. the breakfast was filling with a variety of options, and the hotel had a good-sized swimming pool.

the reception staff didn't seem to care much about our complaints.
